Our Fundamentals of Pastry program takes place on Wednesdays at 6pm to 9pm providing you with the perfect opportunity to indulge your passion for baking and pastry arts. This series of classes is a deep dive into the world of pastry, focusing on honing your skills and mastering essential techniques. With a curriculum that spans from bread-making to creating delectable desserts, handcrafting chocolates, exploring savory bakes, and achieving the perfect Macrons, you’ll find something to satisfy every craving.
In our hands-on classes, you won’t just be learning – you’ll be actively baking and creating. We encourage you to bring containers with you so you can take home the delightful results of your newfound skills. Sharing your freshly baked products with friends and family is one of the many joys of the culinary arts.
Whether you’re a novice looking to build a strong foundation or an experienced home cook ready to up your pastry game, our program is designed to cater to your needs. With a choice of ten distinct classes, you can explore the aspects of pastry that intrigue you the most. From crafting the perfect croissant to creating exquisite desserts that will impress any crowd, our classes provide a diverse and engaging learning experience.
For those who seek formal recognition of their pastry expertise, the students who complete all 10 classes will receive a KHDA-attested attendance certificate. Please note that the certificate requires an additional cost. This certificate serves as a testament to your dedication and culinary prowess.
