In our Fundamentals of Cuisine Program, we focus on crucial techniques that are the building blocks of culinary expertise. These fundamental skills are taught in our technique-based classes, setting the stage for you to unleash your creativity in the kitchen. To complement your culinary knowledge, we also offer regional cuisine classes that explore major culinary traditions from around the world, giving you a well-rounded culinary education.
As you embark on your culinary adventure with us, you have the flexibility to choose from a selection of ten individual classes, each delving into different aspects of the culinary arts. Whether you wish to master the art of knife skills or learn the secrets of creating the perfect sauce, our classes offer a variety of options to suit your interests.
For those who seek recognition for their culinary accomplishments, the students who complete all 10 classes will receive a KHDA-attested attendance certificate. Please note that the certificate requires an additional cost. The certificate not only validates your culinary skills but also serves as a mark of excellence in your culinary journey.
