Course Description

This program focuses on 8 basic techniques which are essential for any cook. A class for the serious enthusiast, this is a structured program that can be taken as a whole 8-class program, or, students can attend any class that appeals to them (e.g. the class on fish or veggies & eggs). Classes are for a duration of 3 hours.
