The Pro Chef Programme is ideal for experienced culinary professionals looking to move into supervisory roles through the pursuit of accredited culinary certification.

Pro Chef Programme

This programme is meant for chefs already within the culinary field who have experience but no formal qualification. With this program, you will be able to get a City & Guilds Level 2 certification. For a Level 3 Diploma which aids candidates in placement overseas (like Canada and Austalia), the Level 2 Diploma must be completed beforehand

Unit 207               Prepare, cook and finish stocks, soups and sauces.

Unit 209               Prepare, cook and finish meat, poultry and offal.

Unit 210               Prepare, cook and finish vegetables, fruit and pulses.

Unit 211               Prepare, cook and finish rice, grain, farinaceous products and egg dishes.

Unit 212               Prepare, cook and finish bakery products.

Unit 213               Prepare, cook and finish hot and cold desserts and puddings.

 

Stage 2.

Fill gaps for each unit as per assessment results.

The cost of the program is AED 14,000 plus VAT.

 

Should you want to cover the Level 3 programme, which requires about 8-10 sessions with our Level 3 culinary instructor which focuses on designing menus and paperwork, the fee would be AED 20,000 plus VAT (10,000 AED per Level from City and Guilds). We would provide a flexible payment plan option over 2-3 instalments depending on which option you go for. We would be able to take this discussion further after you have completed going through this email.
